Please be sure to include all the necessary information to process
your
return, such as your packing slip and a note stating the reason for
the
return. If you do not have the packing slip, please include a note
with
your order number, the first and last name the order was placed under,
and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we
will refund the cost of your order less the shipping fees. Also, you
must pay your return shipping costs. The merchandise must be in
good condition and properly packed in order to receive the refund.
BACKORDERED AND DISCONTINUED ITEMS
At
ArtPosterStore.com, we make every effort to maintain item
availability on our site current and accurate. However, occasionally
a print is discontinued or becomes no longer available. If the publisher
discontinues your merchandise, we will notify you via e-mail, the
item
will be removed from your order and you will be credited the price
of
the missing item. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we
will
contact you via e-mail. You will have the option of waiting for the
merchandise or removing it from your order so that the remaining items
on your order will ship.
SHIPPING
Art
Poster Store ships orders via UPS Ground Service which usually
takes 1-5 business days in transit for most contiguous US destinations.
We also offer express shipping, at an additional charge, via UPS Second
Day Air. In addition to the shipping time we need 2-3 days to process
your order.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING:
Once
your order has been shipped, Art Poster Store will send an e-mail
notification to you that will include a delivery tracking number.
You may use this tracking number to track your package at the UPS
web site,
at http://www.ups.com.
