What happens when my order is out of stock?
When you order from ArtPosterStore.com, we ship directly from the warehouse where we stock large quantities of all prints. Since we receive new shipments daily, it is rare that we sell out of specific items. Should that occur, however, we can hold your order until adequate quantities arrive or cancel your order upon request.

What happens when a print is discontinued or no longer available?
At ArtPosterStore.com, we make every effort to maintain item
availability on our site current and accurate. However, occasionally
a print is discontinued or becomes no longer available. If the publisher
discontinues your merchandise, we will notify you via e-mail, the item
will be removed from your order and you will be credited the price of
the missing item. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will
contact you via e-mail. You will have the option of waiting for the
merchandise or removing it from your order so that the remaining items
on your order will ship.

How do I return an order?
To return your order, just pack your print (s) properly to protect it from
damage and send it back within 15 days to:

Please be sure to include all the necessary information to process your
return, such as your packing slip and a note stating the reason for the
return. If you do not have the packing slip, please include a note with
your order number, the first and last name the order was placed under,
and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we
will refund the cost of your order less the shipping fees. Also, you
must pay your return shipping costs. The merchandise must be in
good condition and properly packed in order to receive the refund.

How do you ship orders?
Art Poster Store ships orders via UPS Ground Service, which usually
takes 1-5 business days in transit for most contiguous US destinations.
We also offer express shipping, at an additional charge, via UPS Second
Day Air. In addition to the shipping time we need 2-3 days to process
your order.

How do you calculate shipping?
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and size of the item and destination you are shipping it to. Your shipping cost will be calculated and added to your order when you checkout. Art prints are shipped via UPS.

How do you package your posters for shipping?
All of our posters are rolled and sent it protective tubes with ample amounts of padding and packaging material to protect your order. If your order is damaged during shipping, return it to us and we will replace it immediately and free of charge.

How can I pay by credit card online?
After you are finished selecting your prints and adding them to your shopping cart, click on the “Process Order” button to begin your secure Online transaction. Fill out all required fields including shipping and billing information and click “Continue.” A script alert will appear asking you to wait while your order is processed. Click “OK.” You will be alerted to any missing information required to process your order. If all the fields were filled out correctly, your order will be processed and shipped to you within 24 hours.

Can I pay by mail?
To pay by mail, please send us the product numbers, quantities of each item and a certified check or money order for the full amount of your purchase including an additional 8.5% for New York State sales tax. We do not charge your credit card until we process your order. All orders are processed in 2-3 days.

Are the poster and print images accurate?
All images on our site are accurate. However, due to screen colors and monitor settings, you may not always be getting an accurate representation of the image on your screen. We stand behind all our images and if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the poster or print for a full refund.

What’s the difference between a poster and a print?
The difference between a poster and a print is the paper each is printed on. All our posters are printed on what is known in the industry as 100 Lbs. Text Gloss paper. This is essentially the industry standard for poster paper. It is has a shinier surface, is heavier yet not as thick as the print paper. For our Fine Art prints we use 80 Lbs. Cover Dull paper. It is the highest quality fine art print that can be found in museum gift shops and framers across the nation. It is thicker and lighter than poster paper and is of a higher quality.
